Simple choices.
Effective August 17, 2026. By using ShotSwipe on iOS, iPadOS, or Android, you agree to these terms. Apple’s Standard EULA or the Google Play Terms of Service also applies where relevant.
The service
ShotSwipe provides on-device tools for reviewing and organizing photos and videos. You are responsible for confirming the items selected for deletion and for maintaining any backups you require.
Subscriptions
Monthly and annual Pro plans automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current subscription period. Payment is charged by the App Store or Google Play, as applicable. You can manage or cancel an active subscription in your store account settings.
Lifetime purchase
Lifetime Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It unlocks the Pro features included in ShotSwipe for the life of the product and does not renew automatically.
Purchases and refunds
Apple or Google processes in-app purchases through the applicable store. Restore Purchases is available in the app for restorable products. Refund requests and billing matters are handled under the applicable store’s policies.
Acceptable use
You may use ShotSwipe only with media you are authorized to access and in compliance with applicable law. You may not interfere with the app, attempt to bypass purchase verification, or use it to violate another person’s rights.
Availability and changes
We may update ShotSwipe to improve safety, compatibility, and functionality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and device or operating-system behavior may affect media access and recovery.
Platform terms
On iOS and iPadOS, these terms supplement Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. On Android, your use of Google Play and its billing services is subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. The applicable store terms control store transactions and billing.
