Effective July 27, 2026. By using ShotSwipe, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard EULA.
The service
ShotSwipe provides on-device tools for reviewing and organizing photos and videos. You are responsible for confirming the items selected for deletion and for maintaining any backups you require.
Subscriptions
Monthly and annual Pro plans automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel an active subscription in your App Store account settings.
Lifetime purchase
Lifetime Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It unlocks the Pro features included in ShotSwipe for the life of the product and does not renew automatically.
Purchases and refunds
Apple processes all in-app purchases. Restore Purchases is available in the app for restorable products. Refund requests and billing matters are handled under Apple’s App Store policies.
Acceptable use
You may use ShotSwipe only with media you are authorized to access and in compliance with applicable law. You may not interfere with the app, attempt to bypass purchase verification, or use it to violate another person’s rights.
Availability and changes
We may update ShotSwipe to improve safety, compatibility, and functionality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and device or operating-system behavior may affect media access and recovery.
Apple standard EULA
These terms supplement Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with Apple’s Standard EULA, Apple’s terms control to the extent required.
