Effective August 17, 2026. This policy describes how ShotSwipe handles information in the iOS, iPadOS, and Android apps.

Who we are

ShotSwipe is provided by LOTUSTAR TECH LIMITED.

Media access and on-device processing

On iOS and iPadOS, ShotSwipe uses Apple’s Photos framework. On Android, it uses the system media library and the photo and video permissions you grant. This access lets you review and delete media and, where the platform supports it, update favorites. Processing happens on your device. ShotSwipe does not upload your photos or videos to our servers and does not use them for advertising, analytics, or profiling.

Information stored locally

ShotSwipe stores session progress, cleanup preferences, theme settings, and identifiers for recently reviewed items on your device. This information is used only to provide and resume app functionality. Removing the app deletes this app-local information.

Purchases

Apple processes iOS and iPadOS purchases using StoreKit and the App Store. Google processes Android purchases using Google Play Billing. ShotSwipe reads the verified purchase entitlement returned by the applicable store to determine whether Pro features are active. We do not receive or store your payment card information. Apple or Google may process purchase and diagnostic information under its own privacy policy.

Data sharing and tracking

ShotSwipe does not sell personal data, does not share your media with advertisers or data brokers, and does not use cross-app tracking. The current version does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

Retention and deletion

ShotSwipe does not retain your media on a server. App-local preferences remain on your device until you change them or remove the app. Items you confirm for deletion are handled by Apple Photos or your Android media provider and may remain in Recently Deleted or Trash according to your system settings.

Your choices

You can change or revoke photo and video access at any time in iOS, iPadOS, or Android settings. Where supported, you may grant limited or selected-media access and choose which items ShotSwipe can see. Removing the app deletes its locally stored preferences and session state.
